Growing population comes with various challenges, one being the environment and its protection.

This site is created to bring awareness to the community of lawyers across this vast nation, to address the issues, tracing the historical evolution of India's environmental legislation from early conservation efforts to comprehensive modern frameworks, and to be the gatekeepers of the nation to ensure the government remains focused on protecting the environment.
